DAAD funds university cooperation with countries of the “islamic influenced world”

This includes mobility funding for exploratory trips, fact finding missions, exchange programmes, research stays, workshops, Summer- and Winterschools as well as conferences. Up to 20% of all budget may be used for personnel costs for project coordination.

Target group: students, doctoral, early and established researchers, university management staff, potentially non-university actors.
Maximum budget: 40.000 €
Project duration: 1 September 2026 – 28 February 2027
Deadline: 29 May 2026
