Division IV – Finances and Controlling

Division IV comprises three departments: budget, controlling and financial accounting. The division is responsible for preparing annual financial reports, business plans and internal budget planning. The schools and central institutions receive their budgets from division IV. All university income and expenditure is processed here, as are tax matters, assets accounting, inventory, and the issuing of donation receipts for research and teaching. In addition, the controlling department is located here serving as a central information and control department for the various university departments.
