Second Diversity Round Table on 12 November: Your Input is Needed!

The round table is an open platform for everyone who wants to actively participate and help shape diversity. The University of Mannheim wants to tackle challenges and develop new solutions together, be it in studies, teaching or everyday work.

The Vice-President for Digitalisation, Equal Opportunity, and Diversity, Prof. Dr Heiko Paulheim, together with the Department of Equal Opportunity and Diversity, would like to warmly invite you to take part in our second Round Table Diversity.

When? 12 November 2025, 10:15 a.m. – 11:45
Who? All members of the university who want to contribute, learn or exchange ideas. The exchange is possible in German and English. You can contribute in German or English.
Where? in B6 (008.1 Seminar Room – B 6, 30–32 Building E-F, Ground Floor)

Thanks to the successfully completed diversity audit “Vielfalt gestalten”, the University of Mannheim has already implemented a lot of measures to actively promote a diverse and inclusive university culture. But our commitment to diversity goes further. We have achieved a lot, but we still have a long way to go.

As we are preparing our first Diversity Strategy, we are pleased to count on your insights and suggestions. This process is not meant to come solely from us; we wish to offer everyone in our community the opportunity to contribute their voice.
