Program management
The schools and departments are in charge of the academic advising and degree planning. For example, the individual program managers are in charge of course registration and orientation events for first-year students.
Student Services
The Student Services, the bursar’s office and the Express Service are the contact points for questions relating to general study organization. You can reach them by e-mail, telephone, in person or via video conference.

The independent university group “Queer im Schloss” is committed to queer students, their needs and exchange and regularly organizes community events.
Support in Conflict Situations
At times we all need someone to turn to for advice, e.g. in case of difficult situations with teachers or fellow students. Even if you simply have the feeling that you cannot stand up to all the demands you have to cope with, we will always have a sympathetic ear for you.

Coming to Mannheim
Mannheim is an international campus: every fifth student comes from abroad to pursue their bachelor’s, master’s degree or doctorate here. We assist international students with all important study-related issues such as enrollment, administrative procedures, and searching accommodation.
