Boost Your Mental Resilience – Seminar Series Open to the Entire University Community

The series offers evidence-based methods and hands-on tools to support effective mental health management. Participants will gain both foundational knowledge and practical strategies to foster long-term mental well-being in academic, professional, and personal settings.
The series comprises eight online sessions scheduled between March and June 2026. The program kicks off on 3 March with two back-to-back workshops delivered by Dr. Belinda Merkle & Ronja Steinhauser (University of Mannheim): “Essentials of Positive Psychology: Strengthen Your Well-being” and “Essentials of Behavior Change: Set and Achieve Your Goals”. Further topics include self-compassion, character strengths, mindfulness, and meditation—offering a holistic approach to mental resilience.
