University of Mannheim Names Renowned Seminar Series after Dr. Hans-Peter Wild

By renaming the series, the University of Mannheim is honoring Dr. Hans-Peter Wild's many years of important support, which have contributed significantly to strengthening marketing research and teaching at the university. “We are proud and grateful to have Dr. Hans-Peter Wild as the namesake for our marketing research seminar series. We would like to express our appreciation for his many years of generous support for the university, and, at the same time, recognize his outstanding commitment to excellent research in the field of marketing,” says Professor Florian Stahl, holder of the Chair of Quantitative Marketing and Consumer Behavior.
Dr. Hans-Peter Wild, entrepreneur and patron, is an alumnus of the University of Mannheim and has had close ties to the university for many years. He facilitated numerous projects in research and teaching, such as projects in the field of digital marketing, the transformation of marketing through artificial intelligence, the Beste-Köpfe-Programm, and the establishment of the Center for Advanced Studies (CAS). By renaming the seminar series, his name will be permanently associated with scientific excellence in the field of marketing.

The “Dr. Wild Marketing Research Series” is a regular seminar series organized by the Marketing area at the University of Mannheim, in which top international researchers present the latest research findings from all areas of marketing.
