Legal Division

The Legal Division is entrusted with legal advice as well as the university's legal representation in and out of court.

This includes the processing of all legal matters within the university administration that go beyond the routine application of the law. An additional responsibility is supporting researchers. The Legal Division also prepares the decisions on appeals in examination matters that are made by the member of the President’s Office in charge of teaching affairs.

The Legal Division drafts and reviews statutes and examination regulations. Additionally, the Legal Division is responsible for drafting contracts (excluding external funding contracts).
