Seminar Abstract
DHL Group set itself ambitious sustainability goals and integrated sustainability into the strategy and steering of the company. The finance department is driving forward the Group's sustainability agenda and has established integrated and structured reporting and controlling processes to ensure that sustainability targets are achieved. Sustainability must be given the same priority as financial data at all decision-making levels.

Speaker Bio
Adam Pradela has been CFO Corporate Sustainability, DHL Group since March 2024.
In this position, he bundles all sustainability activities in the finance area with the aim of integrating sustainability topics more closely into the steering processes. Since joining DHL Group in 2002, he has assumed various regional CFO positions and was most recently EVP Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling.

After graduating in business administration from the University of Cologne in 1989, he held senior finance positions at multinational companies such as Unilever, Pepsi‑Cola and Tetra Pak.

He is a member of the Transition Implementation Group at the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB).
