IT-Service-Desk is the new name of the UNIT support desk in the InfoCenter

The University IT support desk is getting a new name.

The new name IT-Service-Desk is a suitable name. This is because the IT-Service-Desk stands for on-site IT support. The location has remained the same and is, as usual, in the InfoCenter, Schloss Schneckenhof Süd.

The IT support team is your first point of contact and you will find them there Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to answer any questions you may have about the IT services of the University of Mannheim. The colleagues on site will help you as quickly as possible.

Of course, UNIT support is also always available remotely at itsupport@uni-mannheim.de or by phone at +49 621 181-2000 (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
