Division III – Facility Management
Division III is in charge of all construction activities of the University of Mannheim and provides technical services for the management of the facilities. The Building Management Department manages construction sites, building maintenance, janitor and reception desk services. The Technical Services Department monitors the operation of the university’s technical equipment as well as their maintenance and repair. This is done in close collaboration with the state office for property and construction (Amt für Vermögen und Bau) and with the Department of Safety and Security.
