Division VI – Organization and Space Management

The department of space management is in charge of allocating and ensuring the optimal use of classrooms and offices in accordance with external and internal requirement planning guidelines and also manages  the cleaning services. The department of organization includes internal services with a print office, the university post office, and logistics. The department stores and manages both physical and electronic files (eFiles) and operates the information hotline.

Additionally, Division VI is responsible for preparing the Bulletin of the President’s Office as well as producing the Geschäftsverteilungsplan (allocation of duties) of the university administration. The head of Division VI is in charge of allocating the duties within the university.
