External phone calls will not be possible on 5 November 2025
Due to maintenance work of our phone provider, it will not be possible to make external phone calls on Wednesday, 5 November 2025 from 8 a.m. to about 4 p.m. During this time, you will not be able to take external calls and make phone calls to numbers outside the university network. Automatically forwarding calls to an external number will also not be possible.
Please note that you will not be able to use the university’s telephone system if you need to make an emergency call. If you need to make an emergency call, please use your mobile phone or call the Reception Desk (-1110).
The restrictions apply to the entire university as well as the Guesthouses in M 2 and L 2. You will be able to make phone calls within the university’s network. The security-relevant infrastructure is also not affected by the maintenance work.
