The Microsoft 365 cloud service is a secure and stable solution for digital communication and collaboration and can be used by all employees of the University of Mannheim. We have Teams for chatting with colleagues and for hosting video and audio conferences, the cloud storage OneDrive, the digital notebook OneNote and Planner and Lists to manage tasks and processes. As of now, the university provides its employees with a new application: Whiteboard.
The digital whiteboard helps you to make your team meeting or your workshop even more efficient. Together with your colleagues, you can collect ideas, write down results and visualize processes.
Microsoft Whiteboard is available as app in Windows 10, Android or iOS. You can also use Microsoft Whiteboard in your browser or directly in Microsoft Teams. For more information on the application, please refer to our Whiteboard instructions.
