by train:
If you fly to Frankfurt Airport, you can reach Mannheim via train (ICE, IC). The ICE or IC trains departing from terminal 1 (follow the signs “Fernbahnhof/long-distance trains”) take about 30 minutes to reach Mannheim main station (Mannheim Hauptbahnhof). by shuttle bus:
If you fly to Frankfurt-Hahn airport, you can only reach Mannheim by bus. Buses depart from Frankfurt-Hahn airport about every 3 hours and take about 2.5 hours to reach Mannheim main station (Mannheim Hauptbahnhof). by foot (10min):
When exiting the main station through the main entrance, keep straight for about 200m, then turn left onto Bismarckstraße. Follow the Bismarckstraße until you reach block (Quadrat) L 1, across from the Schloss. The International Office is located in L1, 1.
by tram:
Exit the main station through the main entrance. Right outside the main station is the bus and tram station “Mannheim Hauptbahnhof”. Take the tram line 1 with destination Schönau until the station “Schloss”. The International Office is located in L1, 1.
