Students of a cooperative study program in Applied Computer Science will learn to select, integrate, develop, and enhance computer systems, networks, and their applications as well as to train users in applying them. Their input is needed especially when it comes to solving complex information and communication issues, which is why skills such as intercultural communication and project management are also required.
Or you can specialize in the area of secure IT systems: Students of the cooperative and interdisciplinary study program in Cyber Security acquire specialist knowledge in the field of IT security through specific case studies, methods, and procedures. Exciting modules such as app engineering or network security cover security-relevant design, encryption and decryption techniques and fundamental system and infrastructure protection. In addition to the technical content, students acquire basic skills in IT law and expand their communicative, ethical, and social skills.
