Promoting Events

The Office of Communications and Fundraising can help you to promote your event both internally and externally. You can ask the team to send invitations to journalists, and to coordinate interview appointments before and during the event for you. You can also announce your event using the monitors and the projector in the east wing of the Schloss, on the university’s website or Facebook page, or in the newsletter.

If you would like to invite journalists to your event, please contact Ms. Kaul at least three weeks before the event takes place.  She can also inform you about the advertising possibilities at the university.
