Which certificates can I obtain in the field of sustainability?

At the University of Mannheim, you can obtain the following certificates in the field of sustainability:

  • Studium Oecologicum (in German)
    This one-year certificate course is open to all students from bachelor's and master's programs. It includes educational units, workshops, lectures and field trips.
  • Global Sustainability Management (GSM)
    The certificate program in sustainability management can be taken by students from the following programs of study: Mannheim Master in Management, master’s program in Culture and Economy: Philosophy, master’s program in Culture and Economy: History.

Studies in sustainability open up careers in the fields of business, politics and research as well as in non-profit organizations.
