Lecture on animal welfare

As part of the photo exhibition “Würde”, the lecture “Tierschutz als Pflicht des Staates: traurige Wirklichkeit vor hohem Anspruch – Gedanken einer Philosophin und eines Strafrechtswissenschaftlers” will take place.

The event will be opened by the Federal Animal Welfare Officer Ariane Désirée Kari and Rector Prof. Dr. Thomas Puhl. The evening starts at 6:30 pm with a get-together. The lecture (in German) will take place from 7 pm and will be given by animal ethicist and senior professor Dr. Ursula Wolf and animal protection criminal lawyer Prof. Dr. Jens Bülte.
