Amadeus Bach receives Stiftungspreis |

Amadeus Bach, together with his co-author Clemens Lauer, receives the 2021 Foundation Award of the Foundation Wissenschaftsforum Wirtschaftsprüfung und Recht for the working paper “Kritische Würdigung des Gesetzes zur Stärkung der Finanzmarktintegrität”.

Bach and Lauer's paper is a critical appraisal of the Act to Strengthen Financial Market Integrity.
