Rule of law in the EU – Mannheim Europe Talks

With the Mannheim European Talks, the “Arbeitskreis Europäische Integration” wants to contribute to improving public understanding of the democratic and rule of law constitution of the European Union in relation to its member states. With this aim in mind, the Presidents of the European Court of Justice and the Federal Constitutional Court, Koen Lenaerts and Stephan Harbarth, together with the legal scholar Friedemann Kainer, will discuss the rule of law of the European Member States with the audience.
