School

A school is an administrative unit at a university. Each school has several institutes at which students can study a range of degree programs. The dean is the head of a school.

The following departments and schools belong to the University of Mannheim:

• the Department of Law and the Department of Economics
• the Business School
• the School of Social Sciences
• the School of Humanities
• the School of Business Informatics and Mathematics
