Many congratulations to CDSB Alumna Dr. Madleen Meier-Barthold who was recently welcomed as an assistant professor of human resource management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
Her research focuses on the role and impact of human resource management and draws on a wide range of quantitative research methods from different academic disciplines. Understanding employees' workplace realities and how human resource management can shape them is an area where she is looking forward to contributing to through research and teaching.
