At the invitation of the Mannheim Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Stocard employees talk about startup culture.

One of the most valuable assets a company has is its people and so they are crucial to its success. Startup culture is what we mostly associate with big, light, industrial looking offices, a snack bar and free Club Mate as well as partying with the CEOs. While we agree that these are all great benefits that make work more enjoyable – is this really it?

Together with Stocard we will dive deeper and find out more about working in a startup, the importance of the culture, and how to have a big impact and contribute to the company’s success.
