All students enrolled at the University of Mannheim are members of the student body representative committee. The Student Parliament, AStA, and the Student Representative Council all belong to the student body representative committee and represent the interests of students at meetings with the university and third parties. Every student makes a mandatory contribution to the student body representative committee. This financial support is used to complete the tasks assigned to the committee by law.
