Generous Donation for Students of the University of Mannheim

As of the fall semester 2024, the E.W. Kuhlmann-Stiftung will increase the amount they are funding and will award 15 Deutschland Scholarships.

For three years, Edmund Kuhlmann’s foundation has supported students of the University of Mannheim. “The excellent performance and the commitment of the students have convinced me to increase the funding amount from 10 to 15 Deutschland Scholarships for students in master’s programs,” says Edmund Kuhlmann. Through its support, the foundation wants to help young people to start their career. Students should be supported in their efforts to improve their economic and cultural situation shortly before graduation, i.e. in the decisive phase of their studies. “Our principle is helping people to help themselves.”

The E.W. Kuhlmann foundation also supports Mannheim students in other ways: Students can apply for graduation assistance in the form of a microcredit. With an earlier donation, the foundation has supported psychological help for students at the Otto-Selz-Institute in Mannheim.
