Global Employability University Ranking and Survey 2025: Very Good Career Prospects for Mannheim Graduates

The ranking assesses how well the skills of graduates from the universities listed meet the requirements of the employers surveyed. The ability to adapt to and learn to work with digital technologies and work experience played a key role this time. The University of Mannheim ranks number 139 in the global ranking, moving up one place compared to the previous year. Only 20 universities of all state and private universities in Germany are represented in the ranking. Being included in the ranking and the rank achieved once again emphasize the practical relevance of Mannheim's degree programs and the resulting excellent career prospects for graduates. In a national comparison, German universities rank second worldwide behind the US.
The ranking is based on a survey by Emerging, a French consultancy, and is published by Times Higher Education (THE). HR managers in 33 countries across all sectors were asked which universities they thought produced the best graduates. They were able to choose from the 250 best universities worldwide and had to justify their choice. The ranking is based on a total of 129,126 votes and has been published since 2010.
