HORIZONT Award 2021 | Best Dissertation
The award ceremony took place as part of a two-day HORIZONT congress of marketing, advertising, and media in the Palmengarten in Frankfurt. The prestigious award is funded by the HORIZONT foundation.
Dr. Ruhnau has received the award for his dissertation work on customer win-back management, with which he came out on top of around 90 competing theses. The award jury of the foundation consists of a prominent panel of around a dozen CEOs, CMOs, and top executives from different industries.
