Stefan Reichelstein covered in Forbes

Stefan Reichelstein's research findings were cited in the Forbes article “How Business School Research Can Serve The World Today.” In collaboration with Igor Kadach, Gaizka Ormazabal, and Shira Cohen, he examined the executive salaries of publicly traded companies and found that companies that incorporate ESG criteria into their executive compensation reduce their carbon emissions more noticeably. This correlates to tackling their own climate emissions and, additionally, means that these firms are recognized more for their environmental efforts with higher ESG scores from external rating agencies.
