Summer School “Resilience against hostility towards science through science communication”
The Summer School is jointly organized by the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, the Berlin School of Public Engagement and Open Science and Scicomm-Support and is part of the KAPAZ project, which researches the manifestations of hostility towards science in Germany and at the same time creates organizational structures and educational opportunities for dealing with hostility.
Target group
The training programme is aimed at early career researchers who want to learn how to avoid or deal with hostility and hate speech, where to find help and, most importantly, how to develop their own communication and engagement strategy to maximize their impact outside academia. The event will be held in English.
The registration deadline is 19 August 2024.
