On 18 September the new U.S. Consul General Brian Heath in Frankfurt visited the University of Mannheim. Together with the future President Prof. Dr. Thomas Fetzer, they discussed trends and developments in joint collaboration. The University of Mannheim currently cooperates with 42 American universities. “We had a great conversation and agree that we will continue to maintain close relations and work together to increase scientific cooperation as well as student exchange between our two countries in the future,” summarized Fetzer.
