Engage.EU guest lecturer Agnes Bamford (NHH, Bergen) explores in this interactive seminar session key considerations before, during, and after conducting interviews on the topic of paternity leave. It draws on stories shared by fathers from different countries who are employed by multinational corporations, offering cross-cultural perspectives on parental leave experiences. Students and staff interested in the topic and willing to share their opinions and personal experiences are welcome.
