The Student Advising Center is a department of Division II – Student Affairs belonging to the administrative unit of the University of Mannheim.
Our job is to advise and assist you in finding the right program of study for you at the University of Mannheim. You can find our vast offer of advisory services in the information section for prospective students.
The aim of the competence centre "Studying Successfully in Mannheim – ErStiMA” (short for “Erfolgreich Studieren in Mannheim”) is to reduce the number of students dropping out of university by improving the overall study conditions in a way that enables as many students as possible to study with success. The competence centre is sponsored by the Ministry of Science, Research and Arts Baden-Württemberg within the scope of its “Fonds Erfolgreich Studieren in Baden-Württemberg – FESt-BW” (fund for studying successfully in Baden-Württemberg).
