Nomination
If your application for an exchange program has been successful at your home institution, you need to be officially nominated for a study place in Mannheim.
You will be nominated by the coordinators at your home institution via Mobility Online.
Our nomination periods run from 15 March to 15 April for the fall semester and from 15 September to 15 October for the spring semester. The corresponding application deadlines are 30 April for the fall semester and 31 October for the spring semester.
As soon as we have received the nomination from your home institution, you will receive an e-mail containing your log-in data for our Mobility Online study abroad application portal as well as further important information on your program.
