If your application for an exchange program has been successful at your home institution, you need to be officially nominated for a study place in Mannheim.

Nomination of the exchange students is attended to by the coordinators of the home institutions via our Mobility-Online platform. Our nomination periods run from 15 March to 15 April for the fall semester and from 15 September to 15 October for the spring semester. Our corresponding application periods run until 30 April for the fall semester and until 31 October for the spring semester.

As soon as we have received the nomination from your home institution, you will receive an e-mail containing the log-in data to our study abroad application portal as well as further important information on your program.
