The German association ADAN e.V. is organizing ‘Europe’s biggest Hybrid Career Fair for Black and People of Colour’ on the 14. October 2022 from 10 am to 6 pm to promote BPoC Talents and is inviting you to attend online or in-person the event.

The Afro Deutsche Akademiker Netzwerk is hosting 'Europe's biggest Hybrid Career Fair for BPoC' virtually as well as in-person at SAALBAU Südbahnhof Frankfurt on 14 October 2022 from 10am to 6pm! The exhibiting companies put a strong focus on BPoC recruitment. That's why ADAN offers a networking opportunity for BPoC students with this career day.

The more than 30 participating companies include Zalando,Goldman Sachs, Google, Deutsche Bank, McKinsey, PwC, EZB, Deutsche Bahn and Meltwater. They will be available at the respective booths for individual get-to-know-you talks and offer the opportunity for an on-site job interview.

In addition to various job offers, you will receive information as well as empirical values on start-ups and the corporate scene in Africa. Panel discussions on “Social Mobility and Black Career Paths in Europe – How to support Black Talents?” or “Black Success Stories in Europe” will give you the opportunity to be inspired and motivated.  This year's speakers are for example Dr. Virginia Bastian (Global Head of Talent, Development & Suitability Deutsche Bank AG) or Frau Winta Negassi (Head of HR Northern Europe, LCS Google).

You can participate in the ADAN Career Day after registering on the ADAN landing page. Here you can also find more information about the ADAN Career Day.

The ADAN is an inclusive network of Afro-German and Africa-interested students, professionals, trainees and academics that aims to provide a differentiated picture of the African continent, Africans and Afro-Germans, as well as to make visible and promote diversity in German society. It is a network that brings together students, professionals and companies/organizations. This creates the opportunity to gain useful experience through volunteer work, by getting involved in diverse projects and by contributing and implementing one's own ideas.
