Panel discussion on the topic of „Kältestrom: Ursachen der Hoffnungslosigkeit“

The Ernst Bloch Centre invites experts to an interdisciplinary discussion, including Dr. Philipp Müller, interim professor at the Institute for Media and Communication Studies at the University of Mannheim.

As part of the talk series “Talk bei Bloch. Live”, the Ernst Bloch Center will host the panel discussion “Kältestrom: Ursachen der Hoffnungs­losigkeit”. Participants are the physicist and climate scientist from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) Prof. Dr. Anders Levermann, Dr. Simon Teune, political sociologist at the Institute for Protest and Movement Research in Berlin, and Dr. Philipp Müller, interim professor at the Institute for Media and Communication Studies at the University of Mannheim. The event is part of this year's focus program of the Ernst Bloch Center “Hoffnungslos? Über Krise und Utopie”.

The discussion will be in German. Admission is 5 euros, discounted admission 2.50 euros. Registration for the event is recommended at anmeldung@bloch.de.
