Studium Generale: Language courses at reduced prices for ENGAGE.EU languages
Rhetoric courses, project management, IT skills or language courses – the new semester of Studium Generale once again offers a wide range of courses for personal development. The new program is now available online. A special feature of this and next semester: selected language courses are being offered to students for 15 instead of 69 euros.
This is made possible by the continued funding of the European University Alliance ENGAGE.EU, which is coordinated by the University of Mannheim. A subsidization of selected language courses of the Studium Generale was determined against the background of the promotion of internationality at the University of Mannheim: In the spring and fall semester 2025, languages from ENGAGE.EU partner countries are offered at a reduced rate. The offer is valid for one language course per semester and includes the following languages: German as second language, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Spanish and sign language (German).
Online registration for all Studium Generale courses – including the funded language courses – starts on Monday, 3 February. The discounted price is limited to 600 places – so it pays to be quick!
