On September 6, the vice presidents of all universities including the two new partners met in Barcelona at the University Ramon Llull to develop a concept for the application. Thereby, topics were established and the process of the application was specified.
On the following day, the management team also met to derive areas of action for the respective universities for supportive preparation from the concept and to collect initial ideas for the second annual conference in Tilburg. Besides the follow-up application, it was also important to ensure a successful conclusion of the first funding round and a monitoring of the goals.
