Ukraine Emergency Fund: Call for applications

The scholarship holders are accepted as guest researchers at a chair/institute of the university that matches their research profile and receive support in arriving in Germany and in working on their research projects.

Target Group:
PhD students and postdocs directly affected by the war in Ukraine from all disciplines represented at the University of Mannheim

Funding:

1. Basic scholarship amounting up to 1,250 EUR per month for doctoral
   Basic scholarship in the amount of up to 1,750 EUR per month for doctoral students
2. One-off travel allowance of up to 500 EUR
3. Monthly child allowance of 400 EUR for the first child, 100 EUR for each additional child.

Funding phase:
12 months max.

Deadline:
Applications may be submitted at any time as long as sufficient scholarship funds are available.
