    Notes on Uploading Files

    • Please make sure that your documents are easily readable. If we cannot read your documents that are relevant for admission to the desired degree program, it will not be possible to check them and you will unfortunately have to be excluded from the admissions process. Please also avoid PDF files where documents are upside down or scanned at random.
    • Please note that you can only upload one PDF file at a time for each upload field. This means that if you want to upload several documents to one field, you must first combine them into one PDF file.
    • Please always scan documents completely. Some documents contain essential information on the back.
    • The upload fields are limited in size. So, if your file exceeds the maximum file size, you will need to resize it first.
    • Please note that once you have confirmed your master data, you cannot make any changes to the uploaded documents. Neither is it possible to upload additional documents at a later point in time.
    • The module catalog that you need for your application for admission to a master’s program and that usually contains many data will only be uploaded in the questionnaire of the degree program.
    • Please note that you can only upload files in PDF format. Uploading files in other formats such as jpg or similar is not possible.
    • Information on editing PDF files can be found on the Internet. For legal reasons, we are unfortunately not allowed to give you any assistance in this respect.
    • For more information on the required proofs and certificates, please see the information brochures for the master’s and bachelor's programs.
