Professor Imelda Maher (UCD)

Professor Imelda Maher, MRIA is the Sutherland Full Professor of European Law.

Currently Senior Vice President of the Royal Irish Academy and Director of the UCD Dublin European Institute, she researches and teaches on EU Law and Governance.

Doctor Maria Patricio-Mulero (UTC/UT2J)

Doctor Patricio-Mulero gives classes in Hispanic studies at the European School of Law, UT2J, and UTC. She has a Ph.D. in sociology from Paris 8 University and a Ph.D. in management of the culture and the Patrimony from Barcelona University.

Her research is focused on sociology based on culture and gender such as Catalan literature and feminism.

Doctor Michel Martinez Pérez (UTC)

Doctor Martinez Pérez has given classes in Spanish and Catalan at Toulouse Capitole University since 2013. He has a Ph.D. in Spanish contemporary civilizations.

He is a permanent member of CNRS. Furthermore, he oversees the French and Spanish law double degree at the European School of Law and the Spanish bilingual Bachelor of Law. His research is focused on the protection of the Catalan language.

Doctor Sara Brennan (UTC/UT2J)

Doctor Brennan gives lectures in English at Toulouse Capitole University in Law and Management. She has a Ph.D. in sociolinguistics from Heriot-Watt University.

Doctor Brennan's research is based on the place of minority languages in our society, in particular Scottish, Irish, and Occitan.

PROFESSOR RALF MÜLLER-TERPITZ (MHU)

Prof. Dr. Ralf Müller-Terpitz studied Law at the Universities of Bonn and Geneva. After his legal clerkship in Cologne and New York, he initially worked as a consultant in the legal/regulatory department of a German telecommunications company.

This was followed by a doctorate and habilitation at the Institute for Public Law at the University of Bonn.

In 2007, he took over the Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law as well as Business Administration, Media, and Information Law at the University of Passau.

Since September 2013, he holds the Chair of Public Law, Law of Economic Regulation and Media at the University of Mannheim.
