The German Research Foundation awarded CDSS alumna Stefanie Walther the prestigous Emmy Noether fellowship. Stefanie leads the Emmy Noether Research Group “The media portrayal of majority and minority groups” at the Technical University of Munich.
The groups project investigates the news media portrayal of majority and minority groups. It follows a comparative and longitudinal design and employs quantitative as well as qualitative methods.
