This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Git and GitHub, which are essential tools for version control and collaborative project management.
Designed for students pursuing either a Bachelor's or Master's degree, the course encompasses foundational concepts such as repository creation, branching, merging, and conflict resolution, in addition to the effective utilisation of GitHub for collaboration.
Students will acquire practical skills to manage and track changes in projects, ensuring reproducibility and teamwork in both academic and professional contexts.
Prerequisite for this course is a basic familiarity of terminals and IDEs.
