For her dissertation on the social consequences of unemployment and the effects of direct and indirect government measures on employment our CDSE alumna Dr. Laura Pohlan received the 3rd prize of the “Social Market Economy Research Award” by the Roman Herzog Institute (RHI) Munich on 7 October 2020. She wrote her dissertation while she was working in the ZEW research area “Labor Markets and Human Resources”. The award ceremony took place online.
