Staff Features
The features available on the platform depend on the user’s assigned role. As described in the previous section, different roles have access to different functionalities.
The features outlined below are structured first by user role and then by their chronological appearance along the user journey (Orientation → Application → Education → Certification). This approach is intended to help users understand not only what they can do on the platform, but also when and why specific features become relevant.
At present, the platform supports the following phases of the user journey:
- Orientation
- Application
The Education phase does not take place within the platform. Features related to Certification are currently under development and will be introduced in future updates.
